3rd Floor Fit-Out (Windsor, Ontario)

16,000 sf improvements including classrooms, offices, hospital care simulated patient care and examination facility with state of the art electronics and controls.
Interior Fit-Out Phase 2 (Windsor, Ontario)
Value - $3.5 million
Completion – March 2015
Construction of new interior to approx. 25,000 sf within a new 2-storey base building. Major components included concrete block interior walls, architectural woodwork, prefinished composite panels, gypsum board ceilings and metal suspension systems, ceramic tile wall finishes and mechanical and electrical components.
Value - $12 million

New twin pad area and community hall, both ice pads are 85’ wide and 200’ long with five change rooms each. Larger arena designed for Junior ‘C’ team with 1100 individual spectator seats and standing room for 400. Community hall seats 350 people with designated washrooms and separate entrance.

Completion – March 2008
Twin ice pad facility comprised of a spectator rink with viewing for 1,000 and a leisure rink with a 200 seat capacity. Swimming pool complete with wave machine and a 20 foot slide, multi-purpose rooms and a fitness centre complete with running track.

50,500 sf of building space including main floor plan of approx. 48,100 sf and mezzanine of approx. 2,400 sf. Central double height open structure serving two basketball courts with corridors, fitness areas, classrooms, change rooms, locker rooms, lunch room and ancillary equipment operation and storage rooms surrounding the courts.

Completion – May 2011
One storey structure serving one large laboratory, classrooms, washrooms and faculty areas totalling approx. 18,900 sf.
Value - $5.2 million
Completion – November 2012
Construction of a 11,000 sf new station, renovations/conversions of an existing 1,236 sf Boiler House into a maintenance building, site improvements and new parking lot. Demolition of existing station.
